Payment Policy

1. Deposit and Payment Structure:

a. Basic Package: - For the Basic Package, a non-refundable deposit of $175 is required upfront to secure your spot in our development queue. - The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion and before the website goes live.

b. Premium Package: - For the Premium Package, a non-refundable deposit of $350 is required upfront to secure your spot in our development queue. - The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion and before the website goes live.

c. Advanced Package: - For the Advanced Package, a non-refundable deposit of $450 is required upfront to secure your spot in our development queue. - The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion and before the website goes live.


2. Additional Page Charges:

  • For each additional page beyond the included pages in the chosen package, there is an additional charge of $5 per page.

3. Domain Registration:

  • The first-year cost for a custom domain is $408. This includes domain registration and setup.

4. Monthly Maintenance:

  • Monthly maintenance fees, as specified in the chosen package, are billed on a monthly basis. The first monthly maintenance fee is due one month after the website goes live.

5. Payment Methods:

  • We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.].

6. Late Payments:

  • Any payments not received within [number of days, e.g., 14 days] of the due date will incur a late fee of [amount or percentage, e.g., $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance].

7. Refund Policy:

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable. In the event of project cancellation, after work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, based on the work completed.

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the development of the website. Any delays or additional work arising from incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional charges.

11. Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of a dispute regarding payments or services, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations.

12. Acceptance of Policies and Terms:

  • By making a payment for the website development services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies, terms of use, terms of conduct, and any other applicable agreements or documents provided by SmoothEdge Web.
